1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your use of the mobile application Magic Tales and the website at app.magictales.space (“Service”), operated by VARLAKHOV ILIA, a registered entity in Uruguay.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Service.

To access certain features, you may need to register and create an account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Magic Tales is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your actions.

5. Subscription and Payment

The first story is available for free without any limitations. Full access to all stories is provided via a subscription (monthly or yearly).
Payment can be made in both the mobile app and the web application.
You authorize us to charge your payment method unless you cancel.
Prices and features may change with prior notice.
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy and at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the app and on the site - including characters, illustrations, audio, visuals, design, and branding - is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, distribute, or modify content without permission
Use content for commercial purposes
Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the app or its components

7. User Content and Conduct

You may leave reviews or suggestions. By submitting any content:

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it.
You confirm that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
We reserve the right to remove any content without notice.

You agree not to:

Post or transmit offensive, unlawful, or harmful content
Misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt its operation
Harvest user data or engage in unauthorized marketing
